We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Eligible items in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please note that vintage items, custom furniture, and 'final sale' goods are non-returnable.

Return Process

  Email our support team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the exterior of the box.

• 3.
  Shipping

  Drop off the package at an authorized carrier location. We recommend using a tracked and insured service.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once received and inspected by our warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
